We currently employ around 300 people in our modern production facility in Idar-Oberstein, making us one of the largest employers in the area. The entire manufacturing process for our jewelry takes place under one roof. This gives us control over the quality of the stones, their cut and the quality of their processing right through to the finished piece of jewelry. Our sustainable products are created here under fair working conditions. As a traditional family business, we have always seen it as one of our fundamental tasks to train qualified young people, as we can only maintain our high quality standards with first-class specialists. We provide training in professions such as goldsmith and gem setter as well as in the commercial sector.
